We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Baker

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and specialty items.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items.
  • Ensure all ingredients are measured and mixed according to recipes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in baking and pastry preparation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • A passion for baking and creating delicious treats.

2. Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with order placements, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely responses and solutions.
  • Process and track orders and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and willingness to help.

3. Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and responding to customer interactions.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food and branding.

4. Packaging and Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the packaging and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Organize inventory and manage shipping supplies.
  • Ensure that all orders are packed securely and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to track order status and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
